1. What this service is
(milbox) is a self-hosted disposable-mail service and domain manager. It receives mail for addresses you create and, on paid tiers, for domains you register and verify. It does not send mail on your behalf, and it is not a mailbox provider you should depend on for long-term storage.
2. Your account
Access is granted through an access key issued by the panel. You are responsible for keeping that key and any API keys confidential. Activity performed with your key is treated as activity performed by you. Tell us immediately if a key is exposed so it can be rotated.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to receive mail for fraud, phishing, harassment, or any purpose that breaks the law where you or we operate. You may not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or tenant isolation, and you may not use the service to interfere with another account.
4. Domains you register
You confirm you control any domain you add. Registering a domain you do not control, or pointing a third party’s MX at this service, is a breach of these terms and the domain will be suspended without notice.
5. Retention and deletion
Mail and mailboxes expire according to your plan’s retention window and per-address TTL. Expired data is removed by a scheduled purge. Do not use this service as a system of record: no backup or restore of message content is offered.
6. Availability
The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. Mail delivery also depends on third parties (DNS resolvers, sending servers, network paths) outside our control. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to stop abuse.
7. Suspension
We may suspend an account or a domain that abuses the service, exceeds its plan, or creates a legal or deliverability risk. Where practical you will be told why, and how to appeal.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost messages, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
