Spam runs, phishing, or a mailbox being used to harass someone. Include the full headers.
What to include
- - The request id from the error response (
meta.request_id). - - The address or domain involved, if the problem is mail-specific.
- - For delivery failures, the full message headers, not a screenshot.
- - For API errors, the endpoint, method, and response body.
Every API response carries a request id. Quoting it shortens the time to a fix considerably, because it maps to a single row in the request log.
Before you write in
Most delivery problems are DNS. Confirm the MX points atmx.milbox.dev and that the verification TXT resolves at _milbox-challenge.yourdomain.combefore reporting mail that never arrives.
